- CSColton Soffe2 days ago2.0The drive through forgot the nuggets in my 12 count nugget meal. No big deal, I let the drive through guy know they were missing. Instead of helping, he said I need to unload the kids from the car and go inside with my receipt. I asked him to just grab them since I’m already there. He said no, but he would send someone out to talk to me. 3 minutes later, no one has come out yet, and he walks right past me with bags of food for another car. He would not make eye contact with me. When he is walking back past me I call out and say hey, I’ve got that receipt, can you send someone with those nuggets. He finally agrees to help, and brings them out. But he wouldn’t give them to me without lecturing me about doing things the correct way and it is too dangerous for me to stand where he was standing. I didn’t choose chicken-fil-a to be polite cussed out and lectured for their own mistake! Maybe next time he can be part of the solution from the beginning.
