    This was my first and last time here. The service was horrible! Our server was training, but our food had sat in tje window long after it was done. One table who had our same server, saw his food sitting in the window while the server had disappeared, he walked up and asked the cook if he could grab it bc they too had been waiting a long time for their food . The man grabbed his own food! Not once did our server check on us. This was one of the worst dining experiences.

    The service was rated 2.5 stars due to long wait times for water, to make an order, and bread. Although I presenting the Birthday coupon, the server, unlike in other restaurants, the server recognised the guest's birthday but did not extend a warm greeting such as, "Oh, is today your birthday? Happy birthday to you." Furthermore, on Sunday at 1 pm, the restaurant had already exhausted its supply of to-go boxes. This is disappointing.

    Unfortunately, our experience at Brio Italian Grill last night was disappointing. I ordered the Chicken Limone, but the chicken was soggy and had a strong flavor that reminded me more of cod than chicken. My wife ordered the Chicken Alfredo, which was very doughy and clumped together rather than having the creamy consistency we expected. The service was okay, but the food was the main issue for us. Given the quality of the dishes we received, we left feeling disappointed with the meal and would have expected better.

    I wish I could leave more stars. I don’t like doing negative reviews but honestly, the food was very mid. My pasta was watery. No one else in my family really cared for their dishes either. Service was alright but could have been better. The only positive thing I can say is the atmosphere is nice. It’s pretty inside the restaurant.

    Strange experience to say the least.. It all started off by showing up around 8:45pm with maybe 6 total guests eating. Once I walked in there was no one at the hostess desk or at the bar. The lone waiter was serving a table with a couple there and in the first 5 minutes he looked up and continued to the kitchen. I stood there for another 5 minutes before a lady walked in and stood next to the desk as well. Only then, the waiter walked over to ask if either of us had been helped yet, I said no and he said he would get someone. The hostess, I'm assuming, sat me and I looked back and the lady was gone. It turns out she waited at the bar for no help and came back to the front and stood there once again. By that time the waiter came over and handed me a menu and took my drink order, the lady went somewhere else. I ordered and waited for the salad and dinner, all the while I noticed 2 other people get ignored at the front desk. The food was good and the waiter, honestly, was just ok. I would think twice to dine there again and you should as well.
