    The customer service at this location is TERRIBLE!!!!!! My order started off having to repeat my order 3 times to the young man taking it (sausage egg McMuffin meal with a Dr. Pepper) I paid for said meal and proceeded to the pick up window. The young lady handed me a Diet Coke. I politely told her I ordered a dr Pepper and she proceeded to argue with me that I asked for a Diet Coke. I finally said no I ordered a Dr Pepper and she shut the window, shaking her head at me. She handed me my drinks and told me to pull forward, however, there was nobody in the line behind me. She then walked out to hand me my meal which was a sausage McMuffin (no egg) and (no hash browns) I walked inside to let them know the meal was incorrect and the manager proceeded to tell me I owed an additional $3.21 (Because only I paid for a sausage McMuffin) I told her I was not paying for that difference as my meal was incorrect. She asked for my receipt, which I explained I was not offered one after I paid. she handed me the correct sandwich. I refused to pay for it and let them know that they forgot the hash browns. She told me I would not receive any more food until I paid for the hash browns and the difference of the sandwich. Needless to say, I walked out. I have never been to a food establishment, albeit a restaurant, or fast food where they do not make things right with a customer. Lesson learned, we will not return to this McDonald’s ever again And I would not recommend it to anyone unless you can get a receipt and you double check your order before you proceed to leave.

    This was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a large drink and waited more than 10 minutes, but it never arrived. When I asked the staff at the counter, they simply told me that someone would bring it out, without even checking whether my order had been missed or forgotten. To make matters worse, the self-order kiosk didn’t provide a receipt, so I didn’t even have the information needed to file a complaint. Extremely disappointing service and a frustrating experience overall.

    Used the computer order, wanted to pay cash, the person who FINALLY came to the cash register could not make change. My order was $9, I gave him a $20, and he couldn't figure out the change. Then set the shake on the counter and walked away, filled other orders, when I raised my voice to get someone's attention in back, the manager scolded the employee, put the shake in back and 5 minutes later, set it back on the counter with the rest of the order, but didn't call our number or bring it to the table. I finally got it myself, but had to beg for a spoon. Sad thing is that several other customers were in the same predicament...The employees use the new system to avoid customer contact.

    Lining people up to park in the order pickup spots to make their drive thru times look good and then serve under cooked hashbrowns. In my 3 visits this past month all 3 visits rate a 2. The drive thru lady who gives out the food refused to keep the receipt(I was overcharged and she shut the window on me. Mostly rude all the way around at this McdDonalds. It has gotten worse in the past few years and now it is so bad I dread going. The kids and the hubby love the biscuits,hashbrowns and FF or I would never eat at a McDonalds.

    We ordered curbside pickup for my family of 5 last night which was June 15 2026. We waited at the curbside pickup spot for several minutes. There were a few cars in the drive thru line but not a lot. The drive thru line cleared out, and the girl working the 2nd window shut the window after passing the last car their order. And then she pulled out her phone. No customers were at drive thru, there were only about 2 customers waiting for orders inside. By this time it had been 30 minutes since we've placed the order and entered our curbside number. What was really frustrating is when I approached the counter with my phone showing the order the girl up front said "oh you're order is over there" as she points to the pickup area for mobile orders. I asked her "so my food has been sitting for 30 minutes while we've been waiting outside" she goes "ya" and turned and walked away. By the time we got home which is only a 5 min drive, all the fries were cold and gross. I just don't understand why they didn't bring us our food when it was ready, especially seeing how they weren't that busy. And the worker didn't even care that our food wasn't fresh any longer.. to top it off we had to go in a second time for a drink that was missing. We spent over $50 for a not so great experience.
