My wife thought it was weird when they just asked her to tap and didn't ask for a tip in the drive thru like they have every other time.. just to find out they added a $4 tip for themselves when she got her receipt. Wonder how many people haven't noticed? Could have been a mistake but the "Sorry about that" response just makes it feel like it was intentional. My family love the smoothies but not sure we'll be back.
