  Every single time i decide i want to do a specific drink i get told after i already purchased/tipped that you don’t have the ingredients needed for my beverage. This happens EVERY single time and you guys assume i want it to be subbed and it will be okay but it’s not. You guys need to have a better inventory of heavy cream instead of insisting half and half will make up for it. I’ve wasted so much money for you guys to tell me after I pay and now I hate my drink because it’s not made right. If I could give 0 stars to this specific location I would.

  Jillian helped me with my order. I forgot to add something to my coffee, and with zero hesitation, she fixed it very quickly. I love this place; everyone has such a great personality, which makes it a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend it.

  I want to like 7 Brew more than I do. The drinks are genuinely good, and when everything runs smoothly, it can be a solid stop. But the service is wildly inconsistent. Today, I was left waiting while two baristas focused on chatting with a customer ahead of me, letting the line back up instead of keeping things moving. What makes it more frustrating is that the staff clearly follows a script for customer interaction, but it doesn’t feel genuine. I don’t need over-the-top friendliness, but if I’m paying around $7 for a drink, I do expect basic attentiveness and efficiency. If you catch them on a good day, it’s great. On a bad day, it’s enough to make you reconsider coming back. I doubt I will.

  This location will always have my heart. My first 7B experience was here, and now I'm there like, everyday. The manager, Celia (spellcheck*) is a beautiful person inside & out - soon as she sees my order, she's coming out to say hi to me. Her staff - the service is top tier, no matter what time I come. They're all so great to me. I love them all lol 10/10 recommend 7B, but especially the Millcreek spot <3

  The service is great every staff member has always been friendly and sweet even when its late at night and they're probably tired or in snowy weather. They're friendly and genuine and make great drinks. $5.95 is reasonable for a medium as so many places are getting pricey for a drink as well as not charging extra for alt/ non dairy milk is another pro to coming here. They also have decent deals at times which encourage me to come more. Only slight con the music is a bit loud that it can make it hard for them to hear when you're ordering but they have great music taste.
