  I paid the reservation fee online to reserve a bay. I was then informed to pay after our golfing ended and was charged the full price plus extra for a gameplay fee of 6 dollars. I was informed during the reservation that the total would be $67 and I wound up forking out a total of $106. The people working the desk had little knowledge of attaining my receipt for the total. Very disappointing and unprofessional topgolf was.

  Really nasty experience with the front desk. Not child friendly, even though they are elsewhere. Told there was a spot for us on the first floor with a couch with three toddlers, waited an hour to be put at a high top on the second floor. Cheese pizza was fine, nachos arrived *cold*. Our server, Kenna, I was absolutely lovely, though.

  I had to share my awesome experience from this location. I came for a work activity with my nice work clothes - important context, just wait - and when they brought us food, there were donuts with two sauces in syringes. I didn’t know there was a lid, (because why?…) so I’m trying to push the chocolate sauce out, thinking it was just stiff or sticky, and the damn thing exploded and got all over my shirt, the table, and four feet in front of the table (sadly I did not receive points for that excellent distance, what a waste). Braxton was helping us and got me towels and napkins right away to clean up. He was so nice the entire time, by the way, it was hot as hell and he kept up on drinks and water and being fun to interact with. Anyway, after a sec, I couldn’t handle the sticky, stained shirt, and nobody wants sticky boobs when golfing (heyyyy, I hear what you’re thinking, it’s fun in theory, but awful when trying to hit a ball). I went downstairs to buy a shirt from the front area and Oscar looked at my projectile top, had pity on me, and helped me out with an awesome shirt and deal. Ngl, I needed that, thanks for being cool and laughing with me, Oscar :). The entire game experience is surprisingly fun, even with newbies who don’t hit the green on the daily. Top-notch service today, really appreciated all the people who worked there and helped me out. 5/5 on service, 1/5 for donut syringes lol.

  We had reservations here and it was my first time at Top Golf after hearing a lot about it. The service made it a disappointment. We got there and couldn't get a waiter then after walking to bar told we couldn't order and a waiter would be there a lazy waiter who acted disappointed we wanted anything arrived. We ordered a drink and it took so long we grabbed an appetizer and that took so long we couldn't order another drink or food before our time was up. Waiter would not ask what was needed and snuck in left drink/food and we had to chase him to ask for other service. For the cost it was not worth my time.

  Had an awesome time at Topgolf! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The bays were clean, the games were easy to follow, and it didn’t matter whether you’re good at golf or just there to have fun—it’s a great experience either way. The food and drinks were also surprisingly good, which made the whole visit even better. It’s honestly the perfect spot for hanging out with friends, going on a date, or even just trying something different. I got the okay more membership. Definitely coming back again soon!
