I was in the drive thru and asked for 6 slushes and most of them were wrong
The girl who took my order didn’t want to sell me just cherries by themselves something that I’ve done at another sonic a lot

Absolutely unbelievable experience tonight at this Sonic.
While ordering, I was told they were out of fries and smash burger patties. The same happened last time I came to this location. When I mentioned that this location seems to run out of food a lot, The employee Jose responded: “It’s Mother’s Day, the busiest day of the year, what do you expect?” I expect a restaurant to actually have food.
Then I noticed I was charged for an extra meal I never ordered. When I politely asked for a refund, Jose immediately became argumentative and accused me of ordering it, saying: “So if I pull up the screen right now it’s not going to show you ordered that?” I have honestly never been spoken to like that by a restaurant employee in my life. I said I needed a refund. But he said they couldn’t do it because there wasn’t a manager working. Strange for “the busiest day of the year”
I eventually left because the situation had become so frustrating, only to realize they also forgot the 2 Sonic Blasts I paid for, so I had to go back inside. I asked for a manager and was told that Jose WAS the manager. Then Jose said he wasn’t. I said one needs to be called and he refused. So I never recieved a refund and no manager was there to help resolve my issue.
To top it all off, when I finally got home after spending over $50 and even leaving a tip because I knew they were busy, we realized we were also missing all of our tots and multiple items in the order were wrong.
So in one visit:
• Out of food
• Charged me for food I never ordered
• Refused to refund me
• Lied about management
• Missing items
• Wrong items
• Extremely disrespectful customer service
I have been coming to this location for years and have NEVER experienced anything even remotely close to this level of incompetence and disrespect. I won’t return. Which sucks because we like coming to Sonic and have for many years.
I need someone from upper management or ownership to contact me immediately because this entire situation needs to be addressed seriously.
I was in such a good mood today, until I came to Sonic. This was absolutely ridiculous. I had ordered a shake through the app, checked in when I got there, and waited.
And waited.
And waited.
It wasn’t even particularly busy. Not many people are out at 10pm. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and be patient, but waiting THIRTY MINUTES for a single shake feels a bit excessive. When I finally alerted an employee that I had been waiting, she promptly went inside and not soon after came out with my order. She informed me that a new employee had thrown out my shake a while ago.
Absolutely unbelievable.
What should have taken five minutes took HALF AN HOUR.
We went to ballpark location everything in our order was wrong when we got home. Drove up to fort union ordered and paid again for same food, perfect. Always have to go to this location in the future.

Update: We went up to window again and were told by Juan (who said he was the manager) that we should just come to the window to get our mobile order, not wait in the mobile order stall. How would we know we need to go through the "employee only" door to get our order that we placed on the app and not follow the directions
Mobile ordered 2 water based drinks. After waiting 15 minutes I went to confirm they had received the pick up notification. They confirmed they had, its now been 30 minutes and Im still waiting. Wish I could take back the tip that I had added to the order.
