- ACAbby C1 day ago4.0It was fine for a fast food restaurant. Nothing special, but you go to McDonald's expecting cheap and quick, and it was both those things. The place seemed pretty clean, employees weren't super nice, but weren't rude. It was just the usual McDonald's experience. I've only ate here once while traveling, but they at least got mine and my friend's orders correct.

- ABAndreia BarbosaApr 28, 20261.0Today I visited a McDonald’s location and had an extremely disappointing experience. First, I waited approximately 25 minutes to receive my order, which I consider an excessive amount of time for this type of service. When I finally received my order, I was informed that the frappé I had ordered was unavailable. However, I was not offered any appropriate replacement or a refund. Instead, I was told I had to take a Coca-Cola, even though it is a lower-value item than what I originally paid for, with no adjustment or refund of the difference. When I got home, the situation was even worse. The burger looked completely pale, as if it had not been properly cooked. The fries were dry and of very poor quality. Additionally, I observed serious hygiene issues during service. Employees were not wearing gloves or hair coverings. One of the attendants even had her hair loose, and a strand of hair was found inside my food bag, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, this experience involved excessive delay, poor food quality, lack of proper customer service, and unacceptable hygiene standards. I am very dissatisfied and expect a response from the company, as well as appropriate compensation for what happened. I look forward to your reply.
