  Thank you for fixing my order. Was supposed to be delivered to my house by Uber. Uber driver said it was delivered, never was delivered, he was too hungry. I called to tell them. My order was fixed and delivered. Thank you

  It's either delivery issues, incorrect or missing items. 50/50 chance you get a straw with your drink even. Only order in person from this location so issues can be fixed. Draper location is perfect though!

  I’ve placed catering orders with them multiple times and they are always ready right on time and are so kind and help me out to my car! Definitely recommend them when you need to feed a crowd.

  I used to come to this Jimmy John’s location all the time on my lunch breaks and always enjoyed my experience. Unfortunately, my last two visits have been really disappointing. This most recent visit was the final straw for me. I ordered two sandwiches, one of them toasted with added cheese. The bread came out extremely burnt, and they didn’t even include the cheese I paid for. On top of that, the turkey looked off—it had dark brown lines running through it, which I’ve never seen before, and it honestly made the sandwich pretty unappetizing. Customer service wasn’t great either. The employee with the throat tattoo came off as rude and dismissive—there was no greeting, just a quick “what’s the name? Here.” It felt very cold and unwelcoming. It’s frustrating because I used to really enjoy coming here, but the quality and service have clearly gone downhill. I won’t be returning.
