- DDDC1 day ago3.0Ok, so here's the deal. I love Jimmy John's sandwiches and swing by this location regularly even though it's often out of my way. The employees are very friendly, and the drive-thru service is efficient, even during the lunch rush. They have very fair prices, too, and the Jimmy Chips are so good. However, I am getting really tired of them not making the modifications I ask for. Mind you, I am not a diva. I ask to add onions and hot peppers, and to cut the sandwich in half. That's it. Sometimes they remember the onions or the hot peppers, rarely both, but I've only received a sandwich cut in half once. It's super annoying. I don't want to be one of those people who opens up my sandwich and starts digging through it while cars are waiting behind me. I appreciate how quick they are, but maybe slow down for five seconds to double-check you're handing over the sandwich the person actually ordered, mmmmk? BTW, this is not an ordering issue. My receipt always shows the modifications I asked for; the sandwich just doesn't reflect them.
