  Hadn’t been to Jimmy John’s in quite some time but my fiancée and I wanted to go somewhere else from our usual Jersey Mikes. Was a mistake. We ordered one sandwich to split and two cookies (one Lemon Strawberry Burst limited time). Paid to add cheese (extra cheese at that) on the sandwich and there was none added. They also gave us two chocolate chip cookies instead of one of the limited time cookies. Neither a huge deal but two mistakes that were unfortunate. About an hour or two after eating the sandwich, my stomach started to feel unwell, making me think that either the meat or the mayo on the sandwich were old/not properly refrigerated. Won’t be back after this one, unfortunately.

  Drive through is slow as molasses. So much for being freaky fast…

  Just sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes because the employees forgot I was there?When he realized I was still sitting at the drive-through when I knocked on the window, he grabbed my food and said sorry not a single person in the restaurant the entire time nor the drive-through. What a joke

  It took over 15 min to get through the drive through. Than the order was wrong. When I approached them about it they acted like I was the one who messed up no apology just a snappy staff.
