When something is missing, the managers don’t seem to know how to handle it. Instead of fixing the problem, they give you the runaround and push you to call corporate. My experience says it all. I dealt with Estella and Sarah White. Estella told us she could issue a refund for the missing items, but when we came to the store, we were told the refund could no longer be processed because they’d called the executive. When we then called the executive, Sarah White, she was dismissive. Rather than resolving our concerns, she told us to call corporate and even told us to leave the store, when we weren’t even in it. If you order from here, double-check everything and be prepared for zero help if something goes wrong.

Apparently this is the "new" large fry size I paid for a large and got this.. it has as many fries in it as the old small size but costs more.. Also the chicken seems off, I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and both of them had a weird consistency.. almost rubbery and very difficult to tear apart. I went to bite into it and it was very stringy. It seems like they have maybe started using non-authentic chicken. It honestly doesn't even really look like typical chicken does. Sorry for the gross images but this is genuinely what my chicken sandwich looks like it's kinda disgusting.
