  Ordered a 39 count nugget. Gordon gave me absolutely no sauce to go with that and they close in three mins. On top of that they force you to write Google reviews because the phone number prompt 2 told me it was past the hours to give feedback on a recent order and directed me to go to the website. Kind of BS to be honest, but if you guys would rather have a 1 star review over a simple phone call, here ya go! Get with it Gordon.

  This has been my favorite Chick Fil A location for the past year and it’s a wonderful spot. Their service is amazing and professional. A young lady named Odette is who i give my big thanks too for making sure I had my order correct, I sometimes have trouble with my speech and she was very patient with me.

  The grill wrap is a joke. $8.19 for a very small wrap with basically some lettuce and a fraction of what looked like chicken. Dry and no flavor. Super disappointed. Do better or get it off your menu.

  when I was here I ordered two sandwiches (no meal) in the drive though and used my rewards account, which had almost $6 on it. I paid and the person taking my payment said it didn’t work and I would need to pay with someone else’s machine since his wasn’t working. I paid the next worker over in the drive through lane and when I made it to the window I was asked for payment again. I explained they already scanned my rewards account and had me pay two different people so I wanted to know what they were charging me for. They said the other two machines weren’t working even though my payment had been approved so I would need to pay AGAIN but it would only be to cover the 60¢ left over after my rewards were used. I pushed back and explained again that it was already confirmed payment and the worker continued to gaslight me and said their wifi wasn’t working and it was causing issues with payment but GUARANTEED i was not being charged twice. I look on my bank account today and they in fact did CHARGE ME TWICE FULL PRICE AND STILL USED MY REWARDS, even after I attempted to resolve this with the worker who charged me in full again at the window. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY IF ITS TOO MUCH WORK FOR THEM TO FIGURE OUT. and of course I can’t call to attempt to resolve this issue because customer service doesn’t exist on sundays. the food was fine but gets 1 star since i had to pay twice as much for each sandwich.
