  I ordered take out and although my food was picked up on time EVERYTHING was cold. The buffalo chicken dip wasn’t in a dip container, it looked like it had been scooped by a spoon and thrown into a cardboard box with chips thrown on top. The celery that was supposed to come with it didn’t and the extra celery I ordered was only partially edible. It was brown on the edges and clearly not still good. My daughter’s salad was the same way as well. The lettuce wasn’t edible. I ended up getting food poisoning from our meal. Please pay better attention to the quality of food you serve. We will not be coming back.

  If online ordering says food will be ready by a certain time, it should be. My payment is on time, yet I sit here 30 mins AFTER my order was suppose to be ready and it is still not. I even called before ordering to check the wait time. This location is consistently a let down, management needs to be let go, service is just horrible. If it’s a fight night, staff for it - it’s not that hard.

  Our waitress Josi was terrible. Bad customer service, took 20 min to even greet us at the table, drinks took forever. Ordered a long Island iced tea and she said it was taking the bar tender longer to make because he had to make tea (long Island iced teas don't have real tea in it). Food was mediocre, wings were dry and room temp, and the sandwich was too greasy to eat. Side order of potatoe wedges took so long we asked her to take them off our bill so we could leave. For being dead on a Sunday, it was terrible. Go somewhere else and save your time. I never leave reviews but this was so bad I had to complain. We also kept hearing Josi arguing with the hostess several times. This location needs some serious improvement.

  Epic failure by Buffalo Wild Wings in Midvale, UT. Placed order at 3pm for 5pm pick-up. Order was not ready until 5:10. Noticed they did not give the drinks for my kids meals and had to go back in. Found out after I left that they also left out the blue cheese for my dippers and the salsa for my chips and salsa. My kids ordered hamburgers, no cheese. The party looks like it was cooked with cheese and then they realized and took it off. We had an order of boneless wings with buffalo dry rub, they were swimming in buffalo sauce. If you place a pick-up order for this location make sure you double check your entire order before walking out.
