  We were sitting in drive through and we clarified 4 times that we wanted cheddar cheese added to our sliders, we didn’t get cheddar cheese on them. She didn’t add the drink onto the order and we had to tell her at the window again that we wanted a drink. She was very oblivious and can tell she doesn’t have either enough training or she just didn’t care. Overall crappy experience and left disappointed.

  Honestly huge bummer. I have found other Arby’s locations to have good quality food. I ordered two honey mustard chicken wraps. They were ice cold and both were moldy. Each had several spots of mold all over the wrap. Super gross and disappointing.

  Was okay. Longer wait than expected since I was the only one in the drive thru. But seemed the staff were really busy with something. Not a big deal. Drink was good, crinkle fries = not good, too salty, didn't taste fresh, tasted old. Love the pecan chicken salad sandwiches. They were out of wraps though.

  I met the owner last night,not a pleasant guy. The way he talked to his employee's was truly hard to watch.

  This location used to be good. I guess I have to ask for sauces that are supposed to come with my food and they just dont listen so I get the wrong sandwiches. Food isnt cheap and its very annoying ahen the employees cant execute the simple stuff
