Came here for a quick snack at 10:15 & online says closes at 11. pulled up to menu and sat for a few minutes—no one greeted, no one asked to take my order. drove around the building and saw a guy in a neon green vest. again, pulled around and and still was not greeted or asked for my order. if you aren’t open til 11, maybe you should correct your hours. or train your employees to actually work at work! last time i checked, a job requires work…weird…

Went to this Arby’s drive through at 10:30pm on 5/11 to get curly fries and got ignored. The staff acted like I wasn’t there. I drove around to see if they were closed and saw a guy hurry and hide from me to act like they were closed. Laziest employees I’ve ever seen in the food industry.

I've never been to an Arbys before but went for my boyfriend. Watched as the MOD & another employee passed time on their phones. I went in at about 645pm, there was no lemonade. I asked for extra sauces and got thrown 2 packets in my bag and then the MOD took off out of site so I couldn't ask for more. Not the best experience for a first timer.
Also, the order was wrong we got two ham sandwiches and not the chicken I ordered. The fried were cold becauseI watched them sit by the fryer waiting on the rest of the food.

I'm giving Atmosphere a 2 because of the broken booth in the lobby it's a real eyesore and i personally hate seeing it seriously let me glue it or get some 3m double sided tape and stick it back on line it's not a hard fix I'll do it for free they got our order wrong one time but we brought it to their attention and they fixed it and mind you i go here a lot so it's rare that this happens so I'm giving it a pass

I came on my lunch break and spent the entire time trying to get the correct food. During that time I saw other customers receiving the wrong food/drinks. Unfortunately I won't be coming back. I only had 30 minutes and now cannot even eat on my break due to the lack of urgency and care toward customers.
