  The drive through workers tell you to take a look at the menu and they’ll be right with you, don’t waste your time, they never will get to you. I had 5 people behind me in the drive through leave, I eventually just went in and waited even more. It’s just not worth your time and money. They didn’t put the fries in my meal. There was a line of people telling them the sauces were empty, asking for things they didn’t receive. The two female employees had the opportunity personality of a rock and moved just as slow.

  So looking at these reviews it looks like nothing is getting fixed. We gave this location a second chance after standing at the counter and completely being ignored last week. Again, we went in. This time placed our order and waited forever. We were the only ones there at 7:00. My daughter opened her Gyro and found a hair smack in the middle. Every single sauce was empty and when I walked up to ask for some the lady was in the back yacking away with a guy. I finally just sat down. What a joke. I'm sure it's franchised , but this is an Arby's that corporate should know about. It's absolutely horrendous. And if you're the mgr/owner don't give me your sorries . Obviously you don't care or you wouldn't let countless reviews get bad. Time for an overhaul.

  This location sucks, says open til 11pm but is almost always closed by 9pm. Don’t understand how they are allowed to close 2 hours early it’s ridiculous. Will not be going anymore.

  Went to grab my personal doordash pickup order in the drive-thru, and was simply told "My lobby is open" by staff only to find the the window is basically the same distance from the food as the counter was. Why not just hand it through the window? And they didn't even have all of my ordered items. I will be going to a different location next time

  The current manager on duty just handed me mozarella sticks that were straight out of the fryer but cold inside while I was driving thru. I calmly walked in and asked if theu could make them again because the first one was cold. She came out and gave me crap and told me they just came out of the fryer. I told her she could check them and she checked and it was lukewarm and repeated they just came out of the fryer with a disgusted face at me like I did something wrong. I just wanted mozarella sticks. I am going to Sonic's this place sucks and the workers here suck.
