  This place is an absolute pig sty. The floors and tables are covered in trash and old food, the garbages are overflowing to the point people have piled up their garbage on top of the receptacle. This must be a management issue or severe understaffing because it's definitely not normally like this. Maybe it was unavoidable call outs or something but man whoever manages this location has to step it up.

  Always gets my mcdouble order wrong it's just no cheese only ketchup, if I'm in person and ask them to fix it im handed a mess of burger with ketchup everywhere.

  They don’t serve drinks properly – neither the frappés nor the milkshakes; there are too many staff on duty and they’re not doing anything – they’re either chatting or all doing the same task; it takes far too long to be served at the till, and at the counter they hand over the order reluctantly and without saying a word; I’ve tried coming here more than once to see if the problem is the shifts, but they’re all the same, especially the late-afternoon and evening ones; there are too many people just standing around chatting and doing nothing, just making people wait – what a dreadful shop this is.

  Every time, they intentionally leave out the condiments—even after I pay extra for them.

  They can’t even get basic orders right. No straws for drinks, no sauce even though it’s on the online order. I hate this location despite being .5 miles from my house. I’ll go to Arctic Circle or somewhere they’re competent.
