- THtanner hendricksMay 5, 20261.0I placed a mobile order for pick up this morning for 8:09 AM. They are supposed to open at 7 AM but upon arrival not a single person is at the store and no lights are on. There is no way to cancel my mobile order since i did the pick-up as ASAP and NOBODY IS AT THE STORE to call to cancel it so I am just stuck dead in the water. I also used rewards which is frustrating because i’m sure those points are just lost…. horrible experience today

Less than half of the bowl (which you can see is tiny in the picture) is acai, the rest being a small amount of fruit and granola. I'm super disappointed. $11 for practically a snack.

It’s like they’re consistent every time I love it. I have never gotten this experience anywhere else. It’s like you have to find that one server in order to get that perfect one and I don’t have to do that with this place. It’s always perfect every time the employees are amazing. They’re so friendly. They probably don’t get paid enough for as awesome as they are, but I can’t go to any other one I mean, I’m sure that they’re all amazing. Either way I would go to tropical smoothie Café over any other smoothie place hands-down unless I had no choice
