  Went two time in the past couple days and both times I got lukewarm food. This time I got some nachos and requested refried beans as an add on, well when I got home and opened it I see a big scoop of cold beans on top of my nachos. On top of that, they didn't make the alterations to any of my other items. I've never had these issues with the North Logan location. Will not be returning.

  As far as taco bell goes it's consistently good and accurate. Staff is friendly and helpful.

  I ordered ordered a DLT Supreme and some cinnamon twists. The customer service was fine, but when I got to the window and they handed me my bag, it felt like they had only put in the cinnamon twists, because the bag was so light. I pulled over in my car to check on it, and had to dig through to the bottom of the bag for the most nothing of a taco I've ever gotten from Taco Bell. It was basically a dorito shell, a tablespoon of lettuce, a smattering of cheese and maybe a tablespoon of chicken. And they had put it in the bag upsidedown so everything fell out into the bottom of the bag. The taco shell was broken and I had to reassemble the taco from the pieces at the bottom of the bag, while digging through cinnamon twists. This delightful meal cost me $7. $3.89 for a taco that would have been on the dollar menu a few years ago, $1 for an upcharge for a tablespoon of chicken and $1.59 for the cinnamon twists. I just wish I had taken a picture of the travesty of a combination of inflation and shrinkflation. Never going to Taco Bell again if that's how they're going to do their customers.

  I am generally ok with Taco Bell. This location needs a sanitation overhaul, oversight and training. Couldn’t find a table that had been wiped. Food and garbage on floor throughout restaurant but especially around and underneath sauce/plasticware station. Windows need to be washed inside and out. Bathroom was disgusting. It was apparent there had been no deep cleaning for a while. Several employees talking in the back. Not busy. Only two customers. Makes me worry about food handling practices. Won’t go there again.

  Honestly, the best taco bell experience I've had. Asked about double meat, option to make spicy, etc. during ordering, then the food was great as well.
