  My order status online showed my order was ready, it was set for 730pm, but we did not recieve our food until 8pm. If it isnt ready then it shouldnt show ready. That is misleading and causes frustration. Not sure if they marked it ready to "show" they were on time or what, but it really should be accurate.

  I originally had a delivery order on Monday 7/27 but due to some issues with the delivery service they cancelled the order. The store general manager, Elena, called me to explain as best she could and to offer an apology. I watched my bank account and the transaction showed as pending until Thursday 7/30 when it was posted to my account. I went to the Pizza Hut store and spoke to Elena who explained that I would need to contact the bank to work out the disputed charges and then she credited the amount of the order to my account. I later duplicated the order online and indicated that it would be a carry out order. When I picked up the order I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Elena and her entire crew. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Thanks to the efforts of Elena and her crew I will be a customer of Pizza Hut for some time to come.

  When I called to order, they were very kind and sweet. The pizza looked really great. It tasted fantastic. The people were very kind. Management was very kind would refer 10 out of 10

  Every visit I have there has been amazing. The team there is so friendly and fun. They make the best pizzas in all of Logan.
