Lately, though, it seems like whenever the store is short on delivery drivers, my order gets handed off to DoorDash. Every time that happens, the driver has multiple stops before mine, and my pizza shows up cold. It completely changes the experience. I know that's probably outside the control of the local store, and I don't blame the employees. But as a customer, I ordered from Papa John's, not DoorDash. If my pizza is going to sit in someone's car while they deliver several other orders first, I'd rather know that upfront or have the option to choose something else. The food deserves 5 stars. The delivery experience when it's outsourced unfortunately doesn't.

The crust was cooked but the center of my pizza was absolutely completely raw. It was honestly gag worthy. Just wet soggy pizza dough.
