  I had a really disappointing experience at the drive-thru. When I was trying to order, the employee taking my order was extremely rude and impatient. She kept cutting me off before I could even speak and acted like me trying to order was a huge inconvenience. Every time I tried to clarify something, she talked over me in a really condescending tone. When I got to the window, the worker didn't make eye contact, tossed my bag at me, and acted like I was bothering them just for being there. I get that fast food jobs are stressful, but basic respect shouldn't be too much to ask when you're paying for service. Some of the staff here act like they hate their job and take it out on customers. Won't be going back to this location. McDonald's needs to train their drive-thru employees better on how to treat people.

  Order drive through just half an hour ago today. The receipt is correct, the food making wrong and French fry was cold. This is like multiple time this place has make wrong order. I want to give you guy a chance. But never get the correct food make. The manager need to train their staff again how to make order correctly.. This is piss customer off and giving bad experience for this location.

  Girl name Lucy is incompetent and ignorant, she made people move out of the table so she can clean before closing the store. 1 hour 30 minutes before the restaurant is close. Also when you order your food and your asking for fresh fries she would complain about it. And if you ask for a manager she would get angry at you because she's right when the costumer is always right. I wait for my order 1 hour 15 min just for a large fries and 10 pieces of nuggets. Bad services.you can get a better service in other places.

  We did a Mobile order at 10:50 for breakfast did the code at the drive-through didn’t make it to the window until 11:16 And then they said that it had switched to lunch and they weren’t able to complete the order and then it was automatically refunded would’ve been fine if they told us at the drive-through and not had to wait until the second window. Didn’t receive any food after 30 minutes of waiting.

  Paid for large fries as part of my delivery order and then not door dash wanted to help me. This is the worst McDonald’s ever. I plan to report them and door dash to the better business bureau. I tried asking for help and neither wanted to do anything about it or refund me. I paid $10 for all these deli every fees and they didn’t want anything to do with me.
