    The last three times I’ve gone to Dutch Bros, I’ve ordered a chai, and every time I’ve been given coffee instead. I understand mistakes happen, but three times in a row is pretty frustrating, especially when I’m specifically ordering a chai. I really like Dutch Bros, so I hope this can be fixed!

    Dutch is the perfect way to start the day! This location has the best employees. It’s always great to chat with them in line and my drinks are always delicious. I especially love seeing Ike there, he always makes me laugh :)

    Normally, I love Dutch Bros however, recently every time I’ve gone in and got my order, it’s been wrong at the Logan location. I specifically repeatedly asked them this time with the Dutch H2O two float the coconut milk like it’s supposed to be. I don’t know what the hell it is I received, but it’s grainy. It’s got a weird film across the top and it’s not at all what I ordered nor was the coconut milk floated when it’s pre-mixed before they pour the flavoring in with the coconut milk that’s not a float nor is it how the drink has been served every other location I have ever received it. The pictures by the way our reference of me having drink a little bit to see if it tasted right and it just wasn’t mixed or floated correct correctly. It also does not taste like what I ordered.

    Why doesn't Dutch Bros "coffee" have any coffee in it? I got a vanilla cold brew with cream and sugar. It tasted like straight vanilla flavoring and water. Not a hint of coffee. Worthless. I threw it on the ground (except for the cup/lid, which I threw in a garbage can). This is the 2nd time I've tried Dutch Bros and the "coffee" sucked both times. We also got a Supernova Fizz which was nothing like the picture on the menu. Carbonated water with three strawberry pieces in. Would've gotten more enjoyment out of dropping $10 in the toilet and watching it spin away than throwing money away on this crap. How do they stay in business? Why is Logan getting another one? Gross.
