    I truly wish Logan had more locations than just this one , the traffic is always horrible trying to get in and out I had a lady in such a rush behind me literally turning is as I was in a white suv blocking the exit people could barley get out, I love that the team is playing music and the workers are feeling the vibes but when it’s so damn loud and hard to hear or get your in it’s pretty frustrating, these last three times have been horrible had to have them remake my drink had to have them do it 3 times no joke then we got the wrong drink another time and it’s really disappointing especially when it’s $8 for a large drink and it’s made wrong or is nasty 🤮

    Came tonight for the drop, and my ice cube don’t even work. At the window I asked word for word out of curiosity, did they receive any 2nd chance stickers, and the girl at the window was snobby and said “didn’t you get an ice cube?” I said yes but I was asking to come back later. I don’t understand why Dutch as a company don’t set limitations on things, or when they do we follow- but the workers are always beside themselves. It’s happened time and time again. I’m made to feel guilty for ordering large amount of drinks for stickers. I’m made to feel guilty when asking about a sticker, a simple question of if you got any in.. you guys need to do a better job with your snobby attitudes and making people feel guilty or like an annoyance asking questions.

    Good drinks, excellent service. Friendly and helpful Broistas. Despite the long lines, service as quick. Drive thru or walk up only, as per usual for a Dutch Bros.

    Was at the Logan store and Ike was seriously amazing! He was so nice and helpful, and you could tell he actually cared about making sure I had a good experience. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.
