  The female server/food preparer person was odd . She seemed to be annoyed to be serving us.. No eye contact and tossed our food around like she couldn't wait for us to be gone. There was a CONSTANT ringing coming from the alarm panel... Terrible! Place was a wreck.. Filthy! Three customers had to ask for napkins because the dispensers were empty.. we endured the ringing for 20 min... No one bothered filling the napkins or cleaning the absolute mess by the drinks fountain.

  The drink i like was out. The sofa machine was just water. Oh the best part three bites and I have been throwing up. I wanted a meal for my drive east.....but something isnt right maybe the sour cream isnt the correct temp. But now its a 17.00 dollars loss. And me stuck with a bad taste. Wonderful. If you check ur cctv u would notice a red mini van. We'll that is me. And been thowing up. Can't leave an issue online because half the order number isnt printed food is wasted. I was truly hoping for a great meal. On Wednesday have a stress to do.....the state. Needs to close you down. Im hungry I used a gift card I get so I can watch what I spend. Wonderful. Logan is the worst. DO NOT GO HERE. I would love to add pictures of the label and off my food. Absolutely pittyful. I will filing a complaint with the state.....absolutely horrible.

  Very dirty and poorly maintained. The tables, floors, bathroom, counters, and trash bins were filthy, and there was garbage outside as well. The entire place needs a serious deep cleaning and better maintenance. Very disappointing.

  I had a hair in my food. DoorDash gave me a refund for the delivery but the customer service through chipotle just sucks. It’s happened multiple times where things are wrong or missing and you can’t call them or get ahold of the store or do anything. With how expensive it is the customer service should be way better. Most of the time I just want my food fixed not a refund.

  Thursday, 9/3 at between 11:30 and 11:35, I walked in to get a bowl. I love Chipotle and I’ve never had a problem at this location until now. As I stood there waiting, a taller man, scruffy look, was wiping down the area around the metal containers that holds the ingredients. I stood there, waiting to get served and watched this man take a nasty rag and wipe food that had fallen out BACK IN to the ingredient containers. Not once but TWICE. The first time I wasn’t so sure so I waited to see if he would wipe the big piece of red pepper or tomato back into the container. He did exactly that. I said “so we’re just going to take a filthy rag and wipe food back into the containers? He adamantly denied doing it. I said “So I’m lying to you? I saw it with my own eyes but I’m going to sit here and lie to you? I have no reason to do that whatsoever.” As I walked out I told the other lady that she shouldn’t eat there because that’s just disgusting. I’m not sure what’s more disgusting however, wiping the food back into the containers or taking zero ownership that it happened and essentially calling me a liar to my face. I can assure you, if I ever see him at work again, I will walk myself right back out. Because if he’s doing that when people are looking, who knows what he’s doing where/when people aren’t. If a manager happens to not believe me, pull the cameras. You’ll see it plain as day. Gross. Just gross.
