- PPPypes4 days ago5.0i've loved Chick-fil-A for my whole life and have never had a bad experience. today especially was lovely!! my friends and i pulled into the drive-through and were greeted by the sweetest woman ever named Jessica! she was bubbly, excited to hear from us, and extremely helpful. already hyped from our interaction with Miss Jessica, we drove around to get our food from yet another splendid woman, Ariana! she talked and laughed with us, asking about our summer plans and making us feel like the most important people in the world. 12/10 experience, and Jessica and Ariana DEFINITELY need a raise!!! they do wonderful work 😄

But when I got to the window, they got the name of the order wrong. Fine whatever could just be muffled at the speaker. But when they give me my drink, apparently they thought I said Diet Coke instead of Dr Pepper, so they had to remake it. Again, could just be muffled at the speaker, but it was annoying. But finally for the food, it was correct on the receipt but the food was wrong in the bag. I ordered 2 chicken burritos but only 1 of them was chicken, the other was sausage. The only thing they got right on the receipt, but they couldn't even get it right when bagging my order. Disappointing service today.
