- CMCordelia MorrisMay 13, 20261.0Overall I’m disappointed in my experience here. I tried to use a Taco Bell gift card that the employee didn’t know how to use so I was forced to use cash. There was no confirmation about my order before payment, and once I got my receipt and food I realized I was charged and given 4 extra tacos I did not order. They did refund me once I brought it to their attention and I do appreciate that. Nothing further done to amend the situation. It felt like I was an added agitation to a very stressed team.

This last time I accidentally spilled my drink all over myself as soon as they handed it to me and one of their employees, Haylee, refilled my drink for me and gave me a huge stack of napkins without me asking for any. Great customer service!

We noticed that there was hardly any chicken in the tacos, and we blew it off. I usually get pretty full with that combo and the same with my wife. Then when I started to eat the crunch wrap supreme I noticed that there was harldy any meat at all. It looked like they used the back of the spoon to spread a little bit of the meat sauce on the tortilla. It looked nothing like the picture on the menu. Very disappointing. After asking the manager, who was very rude, if that was standard and he said yes. We will not be going back there at all.
