    Online order 30 minutes prior to pick up some cookies then went to the store hoping to give them time only to be told they don't have any and to cancel the order online. Don't go here for online orders

    I ordered online an hour before I was wanting to pick up, I ordered so I could just grab it on my lunchbreak. It was only 2 sandwiches and drinks. I come to pick it up, but they tell me I need to wait while they needed to START making the actual tuna for my sandwich, not the sandwich itself, but the tuna for the sandwich. I was even on the later end of my pickup window, and this caused me to be late going back to work. I order online so I can pick it up and eat, and get back to work. If it's not even close to ready by the end of my pickup, whats the point of me ordering in advance? It took me 30 minutes after the end of my pickup window to get the food. Pretty frustrating. Updated to 1 start, opened my food, it has onions on it, which I'm allergic to and I didn't order that, obviously.

    I went there at 4pm on a Wednesday and they were fully out of bread. You can't make this up.

    The worker sneezed in my food while making it and procceded to making the order instead of making a new one i had to throw away the sandwich their goes my lunch
