  I sat today for 14 minutes waiting for a simple meal box while 2 other cars parked next to me came and went. When I asked the gentleman if I'd be getting my meal soon he replied "I didnt need to yell at him" and I guess I needed a manager. I wasnt rude, I just simply asked if I'd be getting my meal next. Then to have someone realize my order wasnt there... I understand mistakes happen. But ask if you take someone's money, when that individual inquiries about their order, that the male with curly like hair could be contentious and just reply "let me go check on that". Not being rude would go a long way

  The soda is really watered down. They need to increase the syrup to water ratio

  Got home and my cheese dip was missing and then my fries were only halfway full. Disappointed!

  Today we came in to get roast beef sandwiches at this place known for such and am told they are out of roast beef. Someone didn't do inventory planning well at all. Had to choose something else on the menu and was not impressed with the food or the service. It sucks when an establishment had to keep apologizing for things not available or not done correctly.
