  Just went through the drive thru but such a friendly girl, also the cheesy gordita was so good! Honestly they made it amazing!

  The liquid cheese they use is so not good. Disgusting really. The crisp taco shells were all broken which made eating them very messy.

  I’m honestly done giving this Taco Bell location chances. I have never not once received a complete or correct order from here. This isn’t an occasional mistake, it’s every single visit. Items are constantly missing or made wrong. I’ve had drinks like the Cinnabon coffee with no flavoring, and multiple times I’ve been given nacho cheese without the actual fries. That’s not a small error that’s basic order accuracy. At this point, it feels like there’s zero quality control. I shouldn’t have to check every single bag before leaving just to make sure I got what I paid for. Management seriously needs to address this, because this location is consistently failing at the most basic part of the job. I’d like a response on how this is being fixed, because right now it’s unacceptable.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. My girlfriend is a big fan of Taco Bell, however, I've written them off for never giving the sauce that was specifically ordered. If I order it, I expect it to be included especially when your employees specifically ask. This is at least the 5th time in a row that you neglect any of the ordered sauce. Best of luck Taco Bell. You just lost a customer for good. Teach your employees how to read a receipt. Get better or get gone.
