- SMsoni marian1 day ago1.0I try not to write bad reviews and give the establishment a chance to fix the issue. But now the same problem has happened twice in a row I feel I must write a review. My husband has a milk allergy and can't have cheese on his burger. We verified the order with the employee twice to make sure they put no cheese. We drove all the way home to find out that in fact there was cheese on the burger so my husband couldn't eat his burger and ended up having to make something else. We called and asked if they could give us a refund for the burger or a gift card. They said that corporate took care of that and it would take a long time to process. They did however say that they could take our names and give us a free burger next time we came in. So we gave them another try. We had forgotten about giving them our names for the free burger. We ordered our food again told them no cheese on the burger, drove home and again had cheese on the burger and were out the money and my husband couldn't eat again. We have decided that we will not be trying Lehi Smashburger again.

Definitely a burger worth coming back for.

We ordered a side of cheese sauce and I watched them struggling getting the sauce for 5 minutes, like how? Finally I told them I could not wait any longer for cheese sauce. Won't be back anytime soon.
