It did take a pretty long time to get my food initially. Probably 15 minutes after the latter end of the time range it said it would be ready. However, I can see that the main guy is doing his absolute best, it appears to just be him and a new hire. After getting my food, I found out I got a melt instead of the pasta I was supposed to get. I kindly went back inside and they made the pasta. Altogether, a long trip, but I really appreciate their efforts in getting me the correct food. Wish they had more help.

I’m reviewing the actual restaurant, not the food. This is a bummer to write because we order from here often. It’s close and has been consistent. But tonight (and the last several times) we ordered and the order was incorrect. We realized after we got home. My son went back to correct the order and Rod, the manager, would only correct part of the order. They are remaking three whole pizzas due to the crust being wrong but wouldn’t correct the toppings that were missing. Not sure what the reasoning is for that. Regardless, check your orders before you leave the store and avoid Rod.

Strike 3. This place is always dead, and now I know why. It is staffed by a bunch of children who would rather sit in the back and talk/listen to music than work. You clearly don’t want my money, so I won’t give it to you. First time, order was wrong and took 25 minutes longer than they said. Second time, order was wrong and took 20+ minutes longer than they said. Third time, I walk in and someone yells from the back, “we’ll be there in a minute”. That turns to 3 minutes, yet I can hear their conversation and inappropriate words for a workplace. The first time I went in, they were arguing with someone about their order being wrong. The second time, the girl who looks like she’s more worried about being “misgendered” than doing her job is arguing with a customer over their name. THEIR FREAKING NAME. This time, I had the luxury of not being greeted by the staff who acts like me providing money to pay their salaries is a burden. I’m done. Go to Papa’s right down the road- better food and staff who actually work.
