  I ordered take out and picked it up. As is common these days, they turned the pay pad around to guilt me into a tip. Small waiting area, 3 chairs. Pizza was good.

  I made an order and 50 minutes after it was estimated to arrive and after calling the store multiple times they told me they were still waiting on a delivery driver. I ordered Pizza Hut expecting a dedicated driver. I’m not waiting 50+ minutes for my food to sit under a hot lamp. I will not order from this place again. Edit: I’ve read the company response. Your order was not delayed, you never delivered and wouldn’t have ever came. You should call your customers if you are going to be late or actually hire employees to deliver. I will not order again from a place where it’s a coin toss whether I get my food or not.

  Run by Gen Z. Don’t waste your time. It will be wrong. It will be late. I had the displeasure of ordering from here and had to go replace a pizza that had three extras added to it and instead of adding, they reduced the amounts. I called to try and get the credit card charges reduced to match the order received - they had disconnected the phone. That would involve human interaction. So I had to go to the store. I got to watch them work as they remade my pizza. Instead of putting my pizza in, that was ordered an hour before, they chose to cook another order in between. What followed that incredible decision was like watching a sloth walk a mile. Even the manager took close to a minute to fold a box and put the pizza in it. They show the human awareness that makes the Gen Z stereotype seem sensible. Until I see a “under new management” sign on the building, we’re done with this place.

  Let me tell you about my experience with this location today. Called to order and was directed to an out of country call center before even reaching the store. Once I reached the store and ordered, the delivery driver did not knock on the door and left the food on the porch. Not their fault, our doorbell is faulty. However, we were missing two food items. We called to fix this and were once again directed through a call center. Once I explained the situation and was redirected to the store the person on the line said they’d send the missing items with a DoorDash driver as they do not have any delivery drivers at this time. No big deal. Until the store texted saying to have additional funds available to pay the DoorDash driver. More money for food we’re already missing? Already irritated we attempted to pay the driver who did not have any change and was watching videos on his phone the entire interaction. We open the bag, food STILL missing! We try to call back not once… not twice… but FIVE TIMES! Directed through a call center every. Single. Time. 5 additional times I explained my situation to a call center to only get a busy single from the store. At this point I’ve paid ADDITIONAL money to drivers from a store that does not answer its own phone. Extremely disappointed and irritated by the entire situation. DO NOT. EVER. ORDER FROM THIS STORE.

  Wrong order, ordered 2 pepperoni and mushroom pizzas and they left off the pepperoni. Food quality was not like other pizza huts. Had to wait as they apparently messed up the order only to find final pizzas missing pepperoni. Would not come back.
