  I placed a breakfast order through the McDonald’s App before 11:00 a.m., in line with your clearly stated cutoff. When I arrived to pick it up, the store refused to make it because they had already switched to lunch. Let’s be clear—this is a breakdown in your system and your store’s operations, not a customer error. If your app accepts and processes an order within the allowed time, the store should be required to fulfill it. Otherwise, your ordering system is misleading customers. What’s most concerning is how it was handled. There was zero accountability—no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconsistency, just a flat refusal and a take-it-or-leave-it alternative. Offering a refund or substitute after wasting a customer’s time is not “making it right.” Being polite while refusing to fix a mistake is not good customer service—it’s just surface-level professionalism without substance. I’ve had good experiences at this location before, which makes this even more disappointing. This wasn’t just an inconvenience—it reflects a lack of alignment between your app, your policies, and your in-store execution. That needs to be addressed.

  Super convenient and makes the food well and fast. All you can ask for from a McDonalds. The location is a bit awkward to access since it’s so close to a traffic light / I-15

  My meat was dark and it looked really dry. My fries were soggy like they weren't cooked all the way and they didn't even fill my fries up all the way My fries weren't hot. They were lukewarm

  I went to have breakfast but the cashier would not ring up the meal properly. She wanted to overcharge me and when I patently explained why it was the wrong price she just stared at me. My advice is to really check over what amount you are really being charged. They don’t have the specials programmed into their system and since she could not understand that I just left. I am not going to be ripped off any more that they already do.
