  I’ve never had so much trouble with curbside mobile orders as I do at this location. I’ve gone twice and both times I had to go into the store to ask about my order. One they lost and the other was marked as ready on the app and they never brought it out. Painfully slow even though the restaurant was almost empty.

  Why would I pay for a medium fry to recieve a half of an order? If I wanted a small I would’ve ordered one. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Manager during the evening shift was incredibly rude. Swearing at a customer just because I pulled up to window 2 instead of window 3. The employee at the pay window didnt say a word of which one to pull up to, for her treat me like that is completely unacceptable

  I want to call out the specific employee that had my wife pull around and wait for 25 minutes for a kids drink then proceeded to call her back after she called ONCE to say she is calling the police on us. She refused to provide the drink but took our money and now I get to explain to a child that they did nothing wrong and they aren’t going to jail. I let it slide when everyone in my household got food poisoning but with this new issue I’ll be coming for this employees termination as a condition of the lawsuit. If the regional or general are reading this, check your corporate inquiries for the related submission if you wish to remedy before I file my formal demand letter.
