  Mangement is terrible here. Employees are doing the best they can with the hand they were dealt. Employees have to follow policies that are inconsistent and inconvenient for the customer. One of our go to meals is a happy meal with an upgraded large drink. While in the drive thru was told they could only upgrade to Medium drink because of monopoly game. I was at this same McDonald’s the day before eating inside and was able to upgrade to large drink with happy meal during the same time frame with the monopoly game using kiosk inside, no issues. I mentioned this to employee, and she refused to upgrade to large drink, I asked to speak to manager as she told me it was policy. When the manager spoke to me she said it was the General Store Managers policy and the employee was right cannot upgrade to large drink with happy meal during monopoly promotion. So I canceled my order and pulled in the parking lot and ordered happy meal with large drink. No issues ordering this on the mobile app and no issues with delivery of that request. What a ridiculous policy to inconvenience your customers. Now going to Traverse Mountain McDonalds more often even though this has a more convenient location for me.

  Not only did my fries have salt that I asked no salt, I asked for a BBQ sauce for my kids nuggets amd was told I need to pay .50 extra per sauce. Nickle and dine everyone now. Ridiculous, and only McDonald's ive been told that in 40 years

  Drive through is always fast and great. Every time I dine in - it is impossible to get someone’s attention at the front. They are not friendly at all. Bare minimum as far as customer service and customer interaction.

  Kudos to Julia, the adult manager of this Lehi McDonald's location. I ordered my food at an indoor computer kiosk, got brush-off type, 'too-much-energy' help from a little young blonde girl... so wasn't expecting much when I sat down and waited for my Order, then was SHOCKED when a middle-aged, partially-silver-haired lady came up with warmth and cordialness and set my tray down and asked if I needed anything else. I looked down, then replied to her "No, everything looks PERFECT!" And it WAS! Couldn't believe it! When was the last time YOU had a "perfect fast food experience"? The Big Mac was customized exactly as I ordered it, the fries were HOT and crispy, the large Vanilla Dream Coke I ordered looked like a work of art, AND there was a straw and plenty of napkins on the tray!! What I ordered was appetizing, in front of me, and ready to EAT!!! I'm telling you... there is a difference between going to a fast food place where it is high school kids managing high school kids (chaos and very little wisdom) and going to a place where at least a FEW adults are present, to ensure the duty to the customers is being carried out with nobility, kind-heartedness, and efficiency. In fact, when I saw the same lady deliver another tray of food with such good-heartedness (to another customer) I made a point to stop by the front counter when I left, to ask her name. Turns out she is the MANAGER of this location!! lol No wonder she was so good. What a pleasant experience, though... to place an Order, receive it, and have everything served with love and care. An enjoyable lunch and experience, thanks to Julia. I'm guessing she's racking up a ton of good karma, helping the endless parade of customers that come in to eat.

  Great food.. for fast food. I dislike the menu kiosks. Tough to understand how to customize. For example? My combination initially came w a small drink.. upgrading to a medium drink change it to a Diet Coke for some silly reason. Customer svc made it right though. Traffic in that area is a nightmare! Go elsewhere unless you're already nearby.
