  McDonald's is not supposed to stop selling breakfast until 11:00 that McDonald's in particular stops at 10:30 so we could not receive anything we wanted

  There was only 5 people in line. I was the first and the food took forever to get out. I couldn't order at the kiosk and had to wait for someone to come to the register to take my order so I could pay.

  This was the first McDonald’s that I have ever thought about leaving a positive review for. I was missing an item from my order and I didn’t realize it till I got home and very well could’ve been my fault but when I called to ask about how I could get that item, they were exceptionally kind and wanted to make it more than right. I have never experienced a McDonald’s that doesn’t act like it’s an inconvenience and my fault for everything. The manager at the store is so kind and very quick and so are the other employees. I will definitely be visiting this location more than the Saratoga Springs one.

  A great McDonald’s. Nice and new. The drive-through is always insanely fast and the food is always fresh. What more could you ask for?

  My first time ever eating at this location and was disappointed. First off we showed up before noon so that my kids could play and have lunch, to then 10 minutes into eating be told we needed to leave the play place. The store owner was in and they needed to set up for some new fountain drink station they were going to be doing? No signs, no warning, just a “get out because the owner needs to be over here”. Poor customer service and some of the staff can barley speak English. If you need access to bathrooms you have to ask for a code every single time. For being new location the physical store is nice but that’s pretty much the only pro.
