  I work nearby and try to order food online so I can make it back by the time my lunch is over and multiple times they haven't had the food prepared by the time it says it should be done. Pretty disappointing to be honest.

  Probably catching them on an off night, but they got my order completely wrong and the people in front of me were waiting over an hour. Music is loud and everyone was yelling over it to talk to each other. Doesn’t seem like there’s a manager in the building, a few of the people working seemed like they were about to break down in tears. Just doesn’t seem like the most well managed Five Guys I’ve been to.

  called and asked to put a bunch of fry sauces in my bag cause it was an uber eats order and there was no way of me getting it. They didn’t put a single one in. If imma pay this much money for food here i want my fry sauces. I swear they have pre packed ones that they usually throw in but they skimped me.

  Incapable of correctly making an order. Even after paying for it twice! Then refused to do anything saying it was our fault even though I walked the employee through it… They do not make the food custom to order and expect the manager to yell at you if you ask them to fix it.

  Incompetent manager and employees!! We ordered as the receipt shows a burger with no cheese. This was made extremely clear after the first time making it wrong that my daughter cannot do cheese. The employee on the phone said they would make her the correct sandwich without cheese. However, we could no longer use the coupon and made us pay for the new sandwich… wrong again!! Full of cheese!!! The manager gets on the phone and yelling that even though the receipt clearly states PLAIN and her employee was instructed exactly how to make it and agreed to do so. The manager became belligerent and yelling that it’s our fault even though they made the sandwich wrong… I clarified, “so even with your employer getting the direct instructions, said he would make it correct, you’re taking NO responsibility?” The female manager yelled, we dogs nothing wrong, take it up with someone else because we dont screw up… I guess yelling at a customer who calls them out for making a burger wrong twice is how she was taught to ensure the loss of business. I’ve spoke with corporate twice and the second time talking to them they were upset at such ridiculous action by an incompetent manager and assured me she will be dealt with. I was also assured that a corporate/regional director will deal with her and reach out to me by Monday. Years in the corporate world, that manager would and should be fired. Her employee after direct instruction specifically no cheese, agreed to make it right away. THEY STILL SCREWED UP and the manager only wanted to yell and say “goods lick getting anyone at corporate to do anything!” And then hung up. I will swear under oath this was what happened and I won’t rest until this is made right. If anyone would like the district, territory, or CEO’s direct contact info.. just reach out.
