  Una señora con apariencia hispana, le hice la pregunta si hablaba español (yo no hablo ingles) solo por esa pregunta se ofendió y empezó a decir malas palabras, me intente comunicar con un señor bajito de barba y literal me mando a la VERdura, que desagradable momento.

  La atención más desagradable que puede existir, como una persona se va a molestar por preguntarle si habla español? Trate de buscar ayuda con un gerente y me dijo que podía esperar de 10 a 15 minutos para recibir atención. Jajajaja

  The food made my husband and I very sick shortly after our meal. Not sure if it was food poisoning or what but just be cautious

  Tacos were pretty good, especially taco Tuesday deals. Everything else was very bland and meh.

  I’ve never eaten at El Pollo Loco before. I had a friend that wanted me to go and said they used to go all the time and it was so good. Well. It was awful! You can see my receipt and what was ordered. It wasn’t a lot but we had to tell the lady THREE times because she kept getting it wrong. The tenders seemed like they had been sitting all day. Really hard and dry. The lady taking my order asked what sauce I wanted and named the 3 they have listed. I said ranch. Ranch is on their menu/board. Well I got the lime one with my order. I went up and said I wanted ranch, the boy said they don’t carry ranch??? I said then why is it an option and on your board? No answer. Just walked away. I paid $3 extra for a “combo”, which was 5 tortilla chips and a drink… 🤔 Every single one of their fountain drinks needed syrup. It was pretty much straight carbonation. The 2 piece meal.. the drum was the smallest drum I’ve ever seen. Their music was so loud and the entire restaurant smelt like sewage. If I could leave a zero star, I would. Never going back!
