- CHClara HerbertJul 29, 20263.0My experience at Chipotle was disappointing. When I walked in, it was busy, which I understand, but the employees didn't seem like they enjoyed working there. The employee who helped me wasn't very knowledgeable about the salad dressings, which was frustrating because I expected there to be dressing options for the salads, such as cilantro lime, vinaigrette or ranch, and I didn't receive a clear answer. As I continued down the line, the other employees weren't very friendly and made me feel like they wanted to rush me through the line as quickly as possible instead of providing good customer service. The interaction felt rushed and impersonal. To top it off, I was charged extra for an item I requested on the side, which wasn't explained to me beforehand. Overall, the customer service left a lot to be desired, and I hope the restaurant can improve the friendliness of its staff and communicate menu options and extra charges more clearly.
