Finding foreign packaging objects inside my food is obviously a major safety hazard. There must be an ongoing lack of quality control in the kitchen food prep. Check your food carefully if you decide to eat here.

They’re ALWAYS out of basics—regular chips, kids’ meal containers, etc.—and the chicken consistently has gristly pieces that should be trimmed. My last meal was genuinely bad, so I contacted customer service. Their solution was a BOGO—meaning I have to spend more money to be compensated for a bad meal. Make it make sense. Also, removing the soft corn tortilla was a terrible move as they eliminated GF options for their customers.

Haven't been cleaned in a long time. Had to clean the table myself. There is no ice in the soda machine and the rice is crunchy. Other than that it is OK. Probably will hit one of the other establishments here if I am in the area again. Not a usual experience at Chipotle.
