  Buffalo Wild Wings really struggled tonight. We were there for two hours and I never got my meal. I ended up just paying and taking off because I didn't want to keep waiting on my food.

  I’d give it five stars I love Buffalo wild wings, but they recently changed their lighting to a more bright 5000 K versus the old dimmer 3000 Kelvin Bulbs the atmosphere was less friendly and inviting not a fan

  The Ziosk on the table had an option that simply said “Play Games.” I tapped it, but when it asked everyone at the table to scan a QR code, I decided not to continue. At no point did it warn that pressing the button itself would automatically add a charge to the bill. According to our waitress, you don’t even have to actually play anything — the fee is added the second you tap it. We asked to have the charge removed, and she acted like it was a huge inconvenience. If customers are going to be charged just for pressing a button, that should be clearly disclosed before the charge is applied. It was ridiculous. On top of that, my chicken sandwich was dry and honestly just not good.

  What is it with fries here that are so stale, smaller than majority of other restaurants and taste worse than McDonalds fries. Constantly forgetting dips that you PAY for. Aside from that i don’t understand how ordering chips and queso and forgetting the queso is even possible. At the point why am i even bothering ordering food if half the product is missing.

  40 minutes to get service, another 15 to get just water, 30 mins for a beer, 30 mins for food. Had to go to the bar to get my 2nd beer. There's no napkins nor did they bring any with my wings. Consistently being ignored and having to walk around and find service. Spent over 2 hours trying to get Wings and a sandwich. And there was maybe 20 people total. Worst dining experience I've had in a LONG time. I mean what the hell are they doing in here?
