I also requested a beef crunchy taco and got chicken… The substitute for chips and cheese instead of cinnamon twists cost $1.30 that was a rip off too. Sad to say this is my most disappointing meal at Taco Bell ever and I don't know if it's forgivable.

She rudely interrupted us, as the cashier was taking our order. Personally, I'd have promoted the cashier to manager on the spot. You could tell he had a goodhead on his shoulders and will promote quickly.
