    The service was great. Young guys working the counter were super friendly and courteous. Above average for subways for sure. Good work boys!

    This used to be my favorite location but they hired all new people and in result, has depleted in quality. I asked for extra olives and I got literally 3 olives on my whole sandwich. The old staff would make modifications for me no problem. I’m not gonna go to this subway if they won’t give me what I ask for anymore.

    I usually love this location because they are typically amazing, but my visit today at 2:40 PM was incredibly frustrating. The worker, Melissa, had a terrible attitude and made me feel like an absolute inconvenience just for asking for toppings. She kept trying to correct us on our order and was visibly annoyed the entire time—she clearly just wanted us out of there. When we tried to address it, she just made excuses. On the plus side, the guy working with her was a total legend. Our code wasn’t working, and he went out of his way to fix the vibe by giving us free drinks and cookies. He deserves a raise for handling the technical issues AND his coworker’s bad energy. I hope the owner sees this, as I’d hate for one person to ruin such a great spot.

    Had an incorrectly made sandwich. Brought it back in and Tony agreed to remake it. At this point, there were no other customers waiting to be served. As Tony walked over with my order in hand (and I assumed was going to start making it), 3 customers walked in. Tony proceeded to make sandwiches for all 3 customers, which resulted in me waiting for 25 minutes until he remade mine. Absolutely bonkers customer service, and I was more than a little bothered by the treatment. We’ve had nothing but really great experiences here over past years, but this was unacceptable service without any compensation for my time that was wasted. Please do better with training your employees about correcting their mistakes and respecting their customers time.

    I typically love subway, but today was sad. Me and my gal-pals went in round 2:45 PM on Tuesday, March 24. A very amazing gentleman greeted us. He was amazing!!! Super kind and generous. The other lady, however was not. I believe her name was Melissa or Marissa or something like that. She made is feel judged for putting what we wanted on our sandwiches. Gave us strange looks and glares when asking for something. Just made us feel not super welcome. I felt it in the vibes. Anyhow, i love subway, so i will be returning but it was a little sad.
