  Placed an online order that included ice cream and when I get there get told there's no ice cream they hand me my food and dont offer any exchanges or substitutes until ask if I can get a credit or something else, I know it's not this locations fault they ran out of ice cream and I'm sure they dont have a way to change it in the app but they should have atleast offers substitutes instead of trying to let me go with about $13 of my order

  The lady taking our order was either not listening or they need their speakers fixed because we had to repeat and repeat ourselves. It took forever just to pay better yet get our food. There soooo much sauce on the burgers. They were super sloppy. My son got a bite of nothing but mustard and almost spit it out. They got my husband's drink wrong and it wasn't just the wrong thing but it was so gross. Like soda water with nothing in it. Definitely wouldn't return to this location. Also forgot our straws 🤷‍♀️

  We would visit this location often after work since they were open till 12 my last visit was definetly a good reason to never come here again. We ordered on the kiosk then the pay screen wouldn't pop up. We let the girl know that was outside that the pay screen didn't pop up and she said she would bring out the scanner so we could pay. She never came out and we were waiting for 40 minutes so we went thru the drive thru and was waited 5 minutes with no reply then we moved to the window and we're ignored for another 5 minutes until we said something and they said they had no record of our order. I work in the fast food industry so I understand having hard nights and training people but this was actually insane

  This location continues to have issues providing correct drinks for orders. A few weeks ago I had ordered a 44oz slush, they only made a medium and acted upset that I asked for the correct size but eventually got it. Today I placed an order online for pickup, paid, arrived and checked in at 310pm. Within 5mins my order was brought to the car, I alerted them immediately I ordered a MED blue raspberry slush. They made a MINI. The worker apologized and said he would remake it, so I waited. And waited. By 330pm I still had not gotten my drink. The same worker who admitted that he did not make my drink correctly, and said he was remaking it, took the time to deliver drinks and food to a doordash drivers who arrived at 320 and 325pm. So drinks were getting made, drinks were being delivered to cars, by the same person who claimed he was remaking mine. He can even see me and my car from the drink station inside the building. No drink. By 330, with my groceries getting warm and my food getting cold, I gave up and left since it was apparent that drinks was never coming and this location is deliberately overcharging for one size and providing another

  My daughter warned me not to go but my granddaughter wanted Sonic. I ordered $50 worth of food. They screwed up the order. Phone number 14 which is a breakfast toaster they put in a BLT. I also ordered their double hamburger for my grandson and they told me they had no lettuce I said that was fine but my granddaughter who wanted to go there so badly wanted a Coney dog and they said they were out of cheese I said would I get a discount for no cheese they said no we can cut up cheese and put it on there we just don't have the shredded cheese. I pay in cash tell the guy not to give me change back, and then we get home the Coney dog is missing and my daughter says they gave us a BLT no lettuce, not my breakfast toaster what is going on? I asked her to call them and tell them I'm heading back that they need to fix this. As she's pulling the food out of the bag she finds hair on the tots. She called me back and says she's already talked to them and they're replacing the two items I said I will tell them about the tots when I get there. At this point my food is getting cold at the house my shake is melting at the house and I'm having to drive from Syracuse back to Layton. When I get there I have to knock on the door nobody comes out they all turn and look at me and they are giggling there's a girl at the table stuffing her face full of food and she is one of the employees. When the guy comes out he is the one that gave us our food but shorted us the food and mixed up the order. I'm still trying to be nice at this point but he cuts me off and takes off. When he comes back out I said hey you cut me off I didn't get to tell you about the tots, there was hair on the tots and those need to be replaced. After waiting and standing by the door I finally get the food and I asked him if the tots were in there too he goes you have to look so I did immediately and there were no tots I told him I said can you please replace the tots he goes back in and tells the other employees and smirking one employee short female looks maybe Hispanic shakes her head and looks very disgruntled, it is not my fault and I shouldn't have had to drive back from Syracuse because they screwed up the order and left items out of the order. So I asked him after waiting an additional 18 minutes are the tots being made and he said yes they're being made. I asked him if there was a manager and with the manager's name was and he said there's no manager here tonight, I said that's okay I'll be back in the morning I just need to know the name and he says I'm new I don't know the manager's name. After waiting additional 15 minutes I said can I just get the tots please he goes back inside and talks to them he comes back out and says because you didn't tell us about the tots on the phone call you don't get the tots replaced I told him my daughter is the one that had to call because I had to drive back from Syracuse and it's not my fault that we didn't find out until after the phone call was made. He turned around and just walked away and completely ignored what I was saying. You never know who you are dealing with, I'm a 17 year army disabled veteran and this was horrible service, horrible food. you guys should be shut down.
