  Suuuuuper disappointed to hear the younger two managers bashing regular customers saying that they need to get a life and don't you have nothing better to do, as a regular this felt like a slap in the face as well as having to interrupt this customer bashing session to ask for my food, will Def not be going back while these two are on shift out of embarrassment

  Ordered through the app and the unsweetened lemonade I paid for was not available. I understand items run out — that’s not the issue. The problem was the attitude. The lady simply said they couldn’t refund it because it was an online order and made no effort to offer any solution or involve a manager. It’s not about the $1 drink, it’s about how the situation was handled. Very disappointing experience.

  The restaurant is dirty and not clean, the staff is very rude and inconsiderate, and not to mention my fiancé and I got food poisoning. My fiancé has called corporate and they’ve done nothing about it. We get the wrap around game each time and nothing done.
