  The only thing good about my experience with this location was the door dasher. I waited OVER AN HOUR after placing my order (ordered @ 9:15 pm) and then I get a message from the app saying “we had to cancel ur order” @ 10:32, EXCUSE ME?! This is not acceptable at all! i WAS willing to wait bc you know, IM HUNGRY. But no, they cancelled on me, that’s not acceptable by any means, the only way that would’ve been acceptable is if they physically COULD NOT make the order bc they where closing or something, they’re open 24/7 so that’s not the case! Safe to say im never ordering physically or online from this location again.

  Manager on duty was so rude. Not only to employees but to customers and door dash employees as well. Very disrespectful attitude and not willing to give any info on wait time. Would not recommend at all. This is why good employees quit and stores fail

  The presentation of my food was sloppy as if it was prepared in a pig pin. The wait in drive through was slow food not fast food. The only decent thing about my visit was the service and it was just okay. The drive through was horrible I can only imagine what going inside would be like. I should have went to Buger King at least I could of had it my way. I threw that sandwich away.🤢

  I've worked in the food industry for many years and just a simple I'll be right with you would have been nice. Stood in lobby for quite some time before anyone came to cash register. And then they helped the people in front of me and then I walk up and they walked away without saying anything. Why have a lobby with no worker to help customer? Food was fresh though cause it was pretty busy so yeah, just a little disappointed.

  First off, it’s fast food so it’s not like I set the bar real high. That being said this was definitely not fast food, wasn’t even slow food. We waited so long that even a family that came in a while after we did got their food first and said “you should say something, we got here way after you guys”. I inquired about our order and the young man told me “we had to remake your cheeseburgers so it’s going to be awhile longer”. Seriously??? Remake our cheeseburgers??? Patty, cheese, ketchup & mustard??? That takes awhile??? Then when he brought our order my wife saw him getting it ready and he touched one of the orders of fries with his bare hands and got irritated when she asked for a new order. Are you supposed to touch peoples food with your bare hands??? No gloves??? And finally they took forever to get her a replacement fry. Seriously people. Like I said, bar not set high, not asking for much. Just live up the title “fast food” and don’t touch peoples food with your bare hands.
