  One night, I witnessed an African American manager and a female employee with pink hair disrespect a poor delivery driver. It was hard to watch. I also know an inside source there that says the conditions behind the counter are absolutely horrifying. I have stopped going to this McDonald's.

  The African American manager is extremely passive and disrespectful. The small girl with the pink hair is pretty bad too. They treat delivery drivers very poorly as well and this has to stop. It is not fair to the customer who has already paid. If I were the store manager or GM, they would both be let go because they are destroying the brand. I would absolutely hope that my store is successfully facilitating Doordash orders. GM should really call for re evaluation of courtesy, integrity and logistics. Do better guys.

  This McDonald's is waaay better than the one on Hillfield. Night crew actually has your order ready in a decent amount of time at this location. Hill field location will have you waiting 2 hours

  ….waited at the microphone for 20 mins, no response. i figured since i mobile ordered i could just pull through..however there was a car already waiting at the window, i sat behind this car for another 20 minutes. ended up going in for my order, waited another 20 minutes and was ignored the whole time, finally got my food, and one of the chicken nuggets was literally bite into, and 2 other ones were soggy. so pretty terrible experience if you ask me.
