  Workers were so kind and helpful, but when I got home there was a LONG Green hair in my sandwich…. As a pregnant woman, this thought has made me gag nonstop for days.

  We like Jimmy John’s and this location was so helpful. I took a whole soccer team of boys in and they let me order a catering box instead of requiring us to order for each boy. It was incredibly helpful. The employees were very friendly. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. And the food is always good.

  Our office recently placed a large order with Jimmy John's, and when we realized three sandwiches were missing, one of my coworkers called to report the issue. The manager, Summer, agreed to have the sandwiches remade, but her attitude strongly suggested that she believed we were being dishonest about the missing items. She made my coworker feel as though he was trying to get free food rather than simply reporting a mistake. Shortly afterward, Summer called me back and admitted that the delivery driver had left a bag in her car and would be returning with the missing sandwiches. I appreciated the correction, but I told her that I felt she owed my coworker an apology for making him feel like a thief. She agreed by saying, "You're right," and then immediately hung up on me. Mistakes happen, and we understand that. The problem wasn't the missing sandwiches, it was the poor communication and lack of professionalism in handling the situation. A manager should be able to address customer concerns respectfully without making accusations or assumptions. If this is the standard of management that Jimmy John's values, that's disappointing. We won't be eager to order from this location again.
