  Smoothies are watered down tasting and not blended well, they have really gone down hill.

  The service and drinks were delightful as usual. But my main concern is with the manager who was on shift today. She was very erratic and honestly being rude to her employees. As the lunch rush came in she was very visibly stressed out and seem to be taking it out on her employees. You could physically see the sigh of relief from the employees when she walked to the back room.

  I had a really disappointing experience today. It took over 15 minutes just to get one smoothie, even though the place wasn’t that busy. The staff didn’t seem organized, and there was no sense of urgency or communication about the delay. For something that should be quick and simple, this was frustrating. Definitely not the level of service I expected
