I’m not one to write an essay and be upset so I’ll just say this, even when I asked for extra sauce I was given a container with what may as well have been a drop of sauce they used less than 1/4 of the container. A genuine surprise in my opinion a waste of plastic and you should’ve just said no you can’t have extra 😂 won’t be going back here merely for the customer service from order placement to waiting for it, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Let alone the fire size I ordered a reg. And received a McDonald’s small, I’ve heard they cut back portions but dang that’s night and day difference. Btw check the reviews owner doesn’t care leaves the same generic reply for every low star review

It’s also super frustrating because you pay before using the machine, so each time I pay (which Five Guys is expensive already) but I don’t get the drink I paid for. Unfortunately I didn't get the burger that I ordered. The burger was still good, but it was a double and it didn't have the condiments that I ordered. I did enjoy the burger that I got, but it wasn't what I ordered. Edit: after receiving the reply from corporate, I attempted to use the link provided to give more info and repeatedly got errors on the website. It seems impossible to give feedback from the link they provide.
