    We place a mobile order. We were in the drive thru for 45 min. They also messed up all 3 of our meals, wrong side, missing salsa/wrong dressing and wrong dressing. For being a chicken place, it was some of the lamest, skinniest, meatless chicken ever. Apparently they only order their chicken from the ozempic chicken farm. Their only redeeming quality was their sides. Their Mac and cheese, salad with the cilantro dressing and their queso Blanco were all good.

    I ordered a 4 piece chicken meal + two sides (Mac n cheese & mashed potatoes) with flour tortillas, a side salad, and a LG Coke Zero. I got a very dry 4 piece chicken meal with Mac n cheese and a side salad, no mashed potatoes, with corn tortillas and a small Coke Zero. I’m disappointed because the person had reiterated my order and then gave me something else with poor quality chicken. This is the worst el pollo loco experience I’ve ever had.
