  Great coffee and way fast service, even though the line had 10 cars, it only took around 5 minutes total, and I had ordered 4 iced drinks

  I love coming to this location. The drinks are pretty good, and so is the food. Just make sure to ask for light ice because they fill it almost all the way up. The baristas are always so energetic and kind, and the whole place has good vibes. They also have a nice little outdoor dining area and a walk-up window, so you don’t have to worry about being in the drive-thru line.

  My boyfriend and I are regular customers. We came on 6/27 at 6pm I order an oat milk latte with sugar-free caramel drizzle (I'm lactose intolerant, so oat milk is a dietary need), and my boyfriend orders an Electric Berry Rebel with a sour shot. Over the past year, since staffing changes at this location, we've had to request remakes frequently due to missed sour shots and incorrect milk. Today, the same issue occurred. We handed back our full, untouched drinks at the ordering point and were told they could be remade. However, when we reached the window, we were accused of not returning the drinks despite having already handed them over. The barista then refused to remake my boyfriend's Electric Berry Rebel, claiming he had not ordered a sour shot, and dismissed us with a "have a good night." To be clear: the drinks were taken from us, dumped, and only one was remade. We were essentially turned away after our order was already discarded. I also want to note that accepting returned drinks through a drive-through window is a Utah health code violation, which adds another layer of concern to this interaction. I always return drinks full as proof that I'm genuinely requesting a correction, not a free drink. I understand how remake requests may look from the other side, but I pay for my order to be made correctly especially when oat milk is a health necessity for me. I love Dutch Bros and its culture of kindness. Every other location we visit reflects that. The Layton location, however, has felt increasingly unwelcoming over the past year, and today's interaction where we were accused of dishonesty after a staff error was truly disheartening.

  The food and drinks here are always good, but the customer service is what really stands out for me. Especially all the staff who are standing outside in the freezing cold or scorching sun, it doesn’t matter, they are always SO friendly and kind. And that really makes a difference for me. I see Beau consistently and he is THE BOMB! So friendly, so kind, so genuine. Love this location!

  Skyla was AMAZINGGG!! She was so fun and so sweet, i’ve worked in customer service for YEARS and i’ve never actually been able to write a google review about other good customer service until today. We always come here and we’ve never seen her before, but she was so funny and so sweet really gave a good look on the atmosphere. 10/10 experience!!
