I paid for EXTRA CHICKEN. The amount of chicken on this pizza is disrespectful. I only came here because the Dominos on Hill AFB wasn’t taking online orders. Big mistake. Never coming back to this place. They forgot my sauce too I had to ask for it and walk out before I snapped on the crew for wasting my weekly cheat meal.

I’m honestly really disappointed by my experience picking up pizza tonight. The supervisor on shift was openly yelling at and berating employees in front of customers the entire time I was there. He repeatedly told employees to “shut up,” said things like “I’ve told you 1000 times,” and aggressively told people to “get away from my station.” At one point, an employee calmly tried to explain that the way he was speaking to them was not helpful, and the supervisor responded by swearing and using the f word in front of both employees and customers. It was incredibly uncomfortable to witness. I completely understand that restaurant environments can be stressful and fast-paced, especially during busy hours, but there is never an excuse to verbally humiliate employees or create such a hostile work environment. The employees themselves actually remained calm and professional throughout the situation, which made me feel even worse for them. A good leader stays calm under pressure, helps guide the team, and leads by example. If mistakes were happening, there were much more constructive ways to handle it — kindly reminding employees to double check orders or stepping in to help make pizzas instead of yelling at staff while pulling pizzas out of the oven. Honestly, I’m concerned about what may be said to employees when customers aren’t around if this is how he was acting publicly in front of guests. The supervisor was tall, wearing a visor, and working at the station pulling pizzas out of the oven. As a customer, it was genuinely uncomfortable to witness, and as a person, it was upsetting to see employees treated that way. I hope management takes this seriously. I also genuinely hope this supervisor reflects on his behavior and chooses to do better moving forward, because the way he spoke to his employees was not appropriate for someone in a position of authority or leadership.
