  My husband and I were doorDash and lost money because the guy working was not doing anything. We waited for over 20 minutes and were ignored our customer cancelled on us because of this issue

  Spent 10 minutes in the drive through waiting for a single ice cream cone. After waiting they said it would be longer te ice cream was freezing. It was 12 on a Saturday. I drove away and lost my money

  Sat for 40 minutes in the drive through. 40 minutes for “fast food”! I would have left if I hadn’t already ordered online.

  I stopped by Dairy Queen expecting a quick and easy experience, but it turned out to be frustrating. After placing my order, I waited around for about 20 minutes with no clear update or sense of urgency from the staff. It felt like other customers were being helped more quickly, which made the wait even more disappointing. Eventually, I decided to leave without my order. I really wish they were more consistent in how they treat and serve all customers.

  If zero stars were an option....I would choose that. Staff is extremely slow. Food service takes forever. We waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes before they even took our order. I dont know what is happening in there but they need serious help. I have never had great service at this location. Don't come here unless you have a lot of spare time to kill. I have written this entire review while still waiting for my food in the drive thru line with another car still in front of me. And 2 behind us. I hope they arent in a hurry.
