  I usually expect better from Chipotle, but this Layton location fell way short. The mobile pickup was running late, the burrito was wrapped so loosely that it immediately unraveled, and the portions were tiny as you can see in the photo, the burrito is literally smaller than a standard water bottle! I ordered extra rice, but the entire thing looked like an appetizer size. Service needs to be much tighter on online orders.

  Layton Store on Antelope. This store is dirty. I have tried a couple times to eat here thinking maybe it was just that one time, not the case. Been a few months, went in again. 8/22/26. Same, dirty. All the tables had food left on them The other issue. The chips, they seem stale, each time, they have hard chewy spots in nearly each chip. I am not impressed, for paying $20 for a bowl, chips and drink. Im not trying this store again. Disappointed.

  Came here for lunch. Food was good and It wasn’t very busy. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. The young woman working seemed annoyed from the start, rolled her eyes, and made it feel like helping customers was an inconvenience. Both myself and another customer felt rushed and uncomfortable. A little kindness and basic customer service would have made a big difference.

  Asked for extra lettuce this is what I got (guacamole makes it look like a lot more) :/ I won’t be coming back they were super stingy with EVERYTHING! And why? Disappointed ☹️

  The reviews over the last year are almost all 1 star. Clearly corporate leadership doesn’t care as no meaningful change has occurred. Our family used to loved going to this Chipotle because of quality of food. Ever since the middle-aged woman with tattooed arms, spacers in her ears and a nose ring took over, the experience on each visit has been horrible. She does not belong in a customer facing role where her barely concealed contempt for customers is so obvious. We all have bad days but she has had the same bad attitude the last 4 times we’ve visited and spent $40-60 for our meal. On our previous visit it was especially awkward as she was loudly berating her staff while standing on the line where customers could hear. How unprofessional! The other staff, especially the cashier, were SO NICE and I feel sorry for those employees as she seems like the boss from hell. What a clearly toxic work environment. The next time I’m in the area, if I see that lady working I will just go eat somewhere else. I didn’t even mention the large drop in food portion size or their inability to keep key ingredients stocked before the dinner rush. Lady, if you hate your job so much, then quit! Don’t take it out on the paying customers.
