- CCChristopher Cain4 days ago1.0Ordered a kids meal tonight and asked for sour cream and pico as an extra side. Was charged $4.00. What pissed me off is i go every week to different locations and this is the first time I was charged. There's nothing on the menu that says they are extra. There's no consistency between locations and the staff was rude about it when I asked why? All the tables were dirty, the barbacoa was fatty, and all the meat looked old. One of the employees was wiping her hands all over her jeans and messing with the soda nozzles without gloves on... 🤮. The staff should focus on cleaning and keeping the food fresh...not charging $4 for watered down sourcream and pico.

- S2Specialized 2010May 4, 20264.04/29/26 Was here an hour before closing. I noticed they seem like they were about to cut out for the night. The toppings were not really looking fresh at this point but I just landed at SLC about 40mins prior and places around here close early so I took a chance. Luckily it wasnt that bad. The servers were fairly nice and patient at least - nowadays when you ask food workers to repeat what they said they sound and look like they're about to have a nervous breakdown 😆. But this crew was good.

Food was improperly packed in the bag when we did pick up, salsa and guac were spilled all over inside of the bag before I picked it up. Will start going to Syracuse location

I went in to get a bowl, asked for more cheese and lettuce and the guy said he couldn’t give me more cheese or lettuce because it was a critical item?….excuse me what?? If I wanted more that he would have to charge me, tried getting his name but he didn’t have a name tag! Horrible!
