  Best customer service experience I've ever had! I ordered the 20 piece boneless meal deal and I picked up my order which was hot and ready to go right on time. Then when I got home I realized the wings were traditional bone-in wings and not boneless wings. (I know this would be a great day already for most people). I'm weird and don't like bone-in wings and so I called in to see if I could get some boneless ones instead. Not only did they offer to make me new wings but they also offered to give me a food credit for the entire price of my purchase. 5 stars! Will be coming back again:)

  We had an amazing experience thanks to our waiter Thomas! He had everything you could ask for in great service — attentive, friendly, professional, and always making sure we were taken care of. He went above and beyond and truly made our visit memorable. Thank you for the excellent service, we will definitely be coming back!

  I brought my autistic son here to eat a few days ago for his birthday as this is one of his favorite places to eat. The food was great other than my son's cookie was burnt and as a result was hard and he couldn't eat it unfortunately. Shelley was our server and she was amazing. She went above and beyond. She came and checked on us at just the right times every time. We never had to think to ourselves where's our server? I need a refill on my drink or the bottomless sides deal they have going on right now. She made sure we were able to put in another order on the bottomless deal in time that it came out just at the right time before we ran out of the previous order. My son is lactose intolerant and they usually give out ice cream when you come for your birthday. She let him order the cookie dessert as it is easier on his stomach than ice cream is. We ended up taking his cookie to go as it's hard for my son to be in the restaurant for too long with all the noise in there given he's autistic. She treated him amazing. She didn't treat him any different than any other person. She didn't treat him like he has a disability and that makes a huge difference to me and most importantly my son. I will always ask for Shelley when we go back as she's more than a good server, she's a Super Star! Shelley definitely deserves brownie points and a raise. She is model material of how an employee should be trained on how to treat your customers and stay on top of making sure they're taken care of! We will be back for sure! If we could afford it I'm sure my son would come weekly, but unfortunately we can't afford to come that often! Thank you Shelley for caring about your customers, especially an autistic person!

  Love the wings. I order often, always with sauce on side but every time I order to go they never give me any freaking sauce. 30 wings with no sauce, come on guys this is ridiculous. I have to pay extra for side sauces because if i don't they will always leave out the sauces i picked for the side. I might give them one more chance because the wings are good but if they can't get it together then I'll take my business elsewhere

  Ordered online and arrived when the email said my order would be ready. Ended up waiting an additional 8 minutes which isn’t terrible. Ordered 20 bone-in wings, all drums, in Parmesan garlic and honey garlic flavors with lemon pepper fries and blue cheese sauce. They handed me my order when it was ready and I took it to my car, checking before I drove off and sure enough they forgot my blue cheese. I went back in and asked for my blue cheese and they handed it to me and I drove home. It was only after I got home that I realized they gave me ranch instead…and I HATE their ranch. Extremely frustrating that I had to go back in to get my sauces and even after I specified blue cheese they handed me ranch. Eating inside you’ll also be carded and given a wrist band on entry if you say you are planning to drink and then they card you AGAIN at the table when you order your drink. It’s so annoying. The few times I ate inside the service was extremely slow because they didn’t have enough servers for the number of diners.
